Dr. Steve Brady

Steve Brady was born and educated in Liverpool (UK), where he was converted to Christ in his mid-teens. Brenda, his wife of over forty years, passed away in December 2017. He has two children and four grandchildren, has pastored four churches in the UK, and for twenty years was Principal of Moorlands College, an interdenominational UK seminary, before becoming its President in 2019. He is a much-travelled preacher, especially under the banner of the worldwide Keswick Convention movement. He holds a PhD in theology and is an author, contributor and editor of some twenty books, his latest being Colossians, A 30-Day Devotional. A keen sportsman, he hates gardening and continues with an irrational attachment to Everton Soccer Club! Since December 2018, he has been Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church, Grand Cayman.

Andy Bodkin

Before coming on board with Topline-Music Library, Andy’s background has been in international copyright and music licensing.  He has 18 years experience at CCLI as a Global Executive with specific responsibility for the companies European and African operation. In his time with CCLI, Andy worked closely with the majority of UK Licensing bodies including PRS, MCPS, PPL, CLA, MPLC, MPA (PML) as well as STIM (Sweden), BUMA/STEMRA (Netherlands), GEMA (Germany), TONO (Norway) gaining a wide exposure to the world of licensing.  Through his work at CCLI Andy also has good connections to a wide range of music publishers, composers and musicians. Andy enjoys taking the complexity out of licensing and making it simple for both the copyright owner and end user to understand.

Malcolm Turner

Malcolm Turner is Executive Director of Christian Television Association in the UK, with 40 years of fundraising experience. Prior to going full-time with CTA, he managed fundraising for a number of national secular charities in UK.  His career started in PR and marketing, he served with Operation Mobilization’s Ships ministry and is a past Vice-President of ICVM in the States.  Malcolm and his wife Heather live in Somerset, in the West of England, UK.

Dave Cooke

Dave started his music career as a studio session player on piano and guitar.  He successfully transitioned across to writing for TV, Film, Radio, Advertising, Animation composing a multitude of award-winning programmes and advertising brands. He has produced and recorded in his own recording studio for many years and has written songs for many artists most proudly for his daughter Jem Cooke.  Dave toured extensively with Cliff Richard and was his MD on several tours. He started Topline-Music, a new and exciting music production library licensing music directly to clients easily and transparently.

Brian Kelley

Brian moved from the US to Europe in 1985 as a musician/songwriter and was in a band called ‘Pacific’ which performed concerts all across Europe. There he had his first entry into visual media with the production of a TV programme in Denmark to promote the band. As Brian continued to work in music and TV production, he discovered that many noteworthy productions were not getting the audience they deserved because few Christian producers were thinking about what happens once the project is ‘in the can’. So, in 1990, he founded a distribution company to help address that issue. Over the years, NLN has distributed 15,000+ titles into more than 30 countries, in many cases being the first international company to do so.

The distribution work continues, but Brian has also returned to film production in recent years and currently works as a producer with partners in the US, Kenya, Mexico and France, as well as with TV production in India, Germany, Norway, Serbia and the US.

Matthew Oser

Matthew Oser is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Vision Video/Christian History Institute.  His responsibilities include worldwide digital distribution of all video assets (1,500+) to nearly 60 platforms, DVD wholesale and retail distribution, marketing, advertising, and management of RedeemTV.Com.  He has been married to Melissa for 18 years and has 4 children spanning the ages from 6-13.
